This hotel truly delivers exceptional value for money. From the affordable prices to the attention to detail, everything here is top-notch. The location is superb, just a stone's throw away from all the main funicular railways and right near downtown. I especially loved the rooms with balconies offering beautiful views of the mountains. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities were all provided. Additionally, the breakfast spread was absolutely delicious.
All was perfect.

Even if the personal does not speak very good english (french, or german), they do whatever they can to help you (pencil translation in front of the menu...) if you have the chance to be during a special day (15-Aug), the half-pension is incredible with a wonderful menu !
The quality of the bed

The spa was a relaxing escape during our stay and the restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was key with easy access to the slopes and nearby shops. It also offered stunning mountain views from our room.
The room was small and in desperate need of an update. The bed was uncomfortable and the noise level made it difficult to sleep at times.

Location was fantastic, very close to the 5 Laghi ski lift. Breakfast was very good and fresh with good coffee. Apt was large with an extra bathroom - we were only expecting one. We got a very good deal on this aptment from booking early which is the only reason we did not complain and insist on being moved into the main hotel as per my negative comments.
We were very disappointed to find the aptment was separate to the hotel. This was not mentioned on the website or anywhere during our booking. Would have rather had a smaller family room within the hotel had we known. In summer this would not be so bad but in winter having to walk outside and up the hill each morning for b'fast was awful with the children. It also meant we did not use the facilities within the hotel. Only discovered the sauna on our last day and would have liked to have used the bar area after skiing. However this was not practical when going from one building to another all the time with small children. The aptment facilities did not make up for the inconvenience of being outside the hotel. There was no oven, microwave or coffee/tea making equipment. Only had a tiny kitchenette with a gas stove and dishwasher. The furnishing in the lounge was an old sofabed which was kept down all the time as the second bed so nowhere to sit and relax. Had to ask for wine glasses as there were none. Staff were helpful but English very limited. Bed was very hard and the pillows were like rocks - I woke each morning with very bad neck pains!

The hotel's staff was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. the location was perfect, close to the lifts and shops. We enjoyed the amenities offered, the spa was fantastic and we loved the heated hooks for our boots in the room.
The electrical system in the kitchen was inefficient and dangerous, and the kitchen equipment wasn't sufficient. the soundproofing in the room wasn't great, and the balcony view wasn't as advertised, with a view of another room and a snow cannon at the bottom of a ski slope.
